And we need a great Club Manager to help us get there.
About You
You’re a natural leader with experience in hospitality, club management or operations. You know how to motivate teams, manage budgets, and deliver consistently high standards. You’re just as comfortable chatting with members at the bar as you are producing a monthly report or managing a busy club night. Most importantly, you care about people – and you want to be part of a club with purpose.
The Role
- Day-to-day responsibility for clubhouse operations
- Manage and support staff across bar, catering, and admin
- Constantly improve service, food, events, and member experience
- Coordinate marketing, social media, and internal comms
- Work with the Board to shape and deliver strategic improvements
